Week 13!

Weight Gain: 4 lbs

I think the kiwi last week was a little bigger than this egg lol! 

But the baby is about 3 inches this week!! 

We got to hear the baby's heartbeat this week!! It was awesome! Its heart rate was 130 bpm and normal is in between 120-170 i think. <3

I think the spasms I have been feeling are actual muscle spasms... now that I can feel where my uterus is I can tell that a lot of the spasms are above my uterus... Some are still questionable tho. =) 

I told my midwife about them and she just nodded... I guess I should've formed it into a question instead of just telling her about it. 

I've definitely been a little more emotional this week... a few times on the verge of tears over dumb things or movies. But no real break downs yet lol.

Oh! And I made Garrett go with me all the way to Chipotle today (an hour away) lol! He's been so awesome this whole time. He did make me scratch his back in return haha but I figured thats more than a fair trade. 

Last thing- There is this test that you can buy at the grocery store called "Intelligender" that you pee in and it predicts the baby's gender and I was going to try it but then decided not to because the suspense will make it more exciting and I think that thing is a hoax anyway.
